As of 21 October 2026, GCON4 Genius includes a new AI agent specialised in Unit4 ERPx, expanding the capabilities available to organisations and professionals working with Unit4 solutions.
With this update, GCON4 Genius offers two specialised AI agents, designed to provide more focused assistance depending on the Unit4 environment.
Two AI agents for different Unit4 environments
Users can now choose between two agents:

ERP Agent (default): Specialised in Unit4 ERP 7 / CR and GCON4 MFL.

ERPx Agent: Specialised in Unit4 ERPx and GCON4 iConnect.
Both agents also cover the Unit4 platform, including Identity Services and Extension Kit.
