Directed by Tomas Iriondo, Director of the GAIA Cluster of the Basque Country, a delegation from Valle del Cauca, led by Frank Ramirez (IT Secretary of Valle del Cauca) and Juan Manuel Triana (Director of RUAV), visited Bilbao in order to advance in the International Collaborative Innovation Project, of which GCON4 is a key ally, seeking all possible synergies between both regions at the business, institutional and educational levels. In addition to the Government of Valle del Cauca and RUAV, the Chamber of Commerce of Cali, Invest in Pacific, EMCALI and the Unicatólica University were represented.
